REDEMPTION PROCESS

1. Retailers buys the product/s and scans the QR code as printed on the voucher lying in the Wheat Flour bag,
2. They are directed to the registration page of the dedicated website created for this offer and enter all the required details once as mentioned on the registration page and process it,
3. Retailer will get an OTP along with a link of the claim page to enter that OTP & UPI ID. After processing retailer will get the reward money instantly,
4. In case the Retailer is on DND or any technical issue of the Service provider (Telecom Company) the SMS might not get delivered, However the details will also be sent via provided Email, in case that has been submitted. If the mail is delivered in the spam folder due to security issue of the receiver, RewardPort shall not be held responsible for that,
5. In case wrong UPI details are submitted and the amount is not accepted by the payment gateway or if their UPI is blocked or if there is some bank server issue or if their wallet linked to the submitted UPI exceeds the balance limit, the amount will not be credited to their account. Then retailer can contact us through CC / Whatsapp / Email ID to get the rewards.
6. We also send SMS on weekly basis wherever the payment is denied due to wrong UPI IDs to collect the correct one.
